Products should provide many years of pleasure. If the product you purchase is found to have a flaw in the manufacturing process, please contact us and we will be happy to give you return instructions and replace or repair the product at our discretion. If the product you purchased needs to be re-finished or repaired due to weathering, age or accident, please contact us for a free estimate of the repairs.

Use of products is solely up to the discretion of the buyer. Spirit Howler Woodcraft shall not be held liable for any cost or liability beyond the replacement cost of the original product including but not exclusive to personal injury or property damage.
